Christian was trained classically on the piano from age six, and trained vocally in musical theater and church choir. His writing mostly centers around his life experiences and generally goofy opinions. He is influenced by Elton John, James Taylor, Joni Mitchell, Jon Batiste, and Joji. Any names starting with J work, really. Christian was previously the frontman (vocals, keys) for Neon Luck, a funk pop band based in Baton Rouge. He is also an undergraduate student of Kinesiology at Southeastern Louisiana University. In his nonexistent free time he focuses on writing (music, poems, etc.), exercise, and spending time outdoors. You can find him anywhere there are grand pianos or pho. Fun facts to prove you’re a real fan: Christian’s favorite color is blue, and his favorite berry is too.
