Christian Michael Butler is a musician from New Orleans, Louisiana.
Christian was trained classically on the piano from age six, and trained vocally in musical theater and church choir. His writing mostly centers around his life experiences, religion, sex, and moderate existential dread. He is influenced by Elton John, James Taylor, Joni Mitchell, Jon Batiste, and Joji. Any names starting with J work, really. Christian is the frontman for Neon Luck, a funk pop band based in Baton Rouge.
He is also an undergraduate student of Kinesiology at Southeastern Louisiana University. In his nonexistent free time he focuses on writing (music, poems, etc.), exercise, and spending time outdoors. You can find him anywhere there are grand pianos or pho.
